Wellbeing, great or awful, is again and again something that happens TO individuals. This article offers an elective method to see wellbeing, as either static or earned. In the previous case, therapeutic mediations assume a key job regardless; in the last mentioned, it's everything your doing. The two are not restricted or an either/or decision but rather the issue with American wellbeing status is that a great many people see wellbeing from a static viewpoint as it were. The article asks an adjustment in that standpoint.
